| Earth & Turf Products LLC is getting ready for the upcoming show season. We will be showing our new 100SP topdresser as well as our other pull type topdressers and the Linear aerator at a number of shows in the coming months. The Georgia Turf Show will be the last show of the 2007 season. Which will be held just north of Atlanta December 5th and 6th. In January we will attend the American Baseball Coaches Show the Sports Turf Managers Show and the Golf Idustry Show. Stay tuned for more details. Have a Blessed and Merry Christmas.

| Drought conditions across the country impacted many of the lawns this year. There is help. Topdressing organic matter on lawns regularly will help lawns hold existing moisture longer and help the lawn stay green longer. Soils that have a high clay or sand content seem to have the hardest time especially when they lack organic matter and many of them are down around 1%. Lawn care professionals that own a topdresser can help by aerating and topdressing with organic matter. Water is an important resource that we must conserve.
