The Tru-Flo™ spreaders are used on sports turf fields (including the New York Mets Citi Field), tennis courts, golf greens & tee boxes, and agricultural applications such as spreading drying agents in chicken houses or dry litter.
Tru-Flo topdressers are designed to work with drier, flow-able materials with moisture contents ranging from 25-30%.
The larger Tru-Flo models utilize an agitator to keep the material flowing and a large diameter roller to expel the topdressing material you are spreading. These spreaders are primarily used by professional landscape contractors and market gardeners but occasionally homeowners who like to DIY (Do It Yourself) will purchase one for residential use.

The Tru-Flo 24D drop spreader was designed for operators who need to spread topdressing material in tight areas. The 24D drop spreader is a simple design with a four-wheel stance. The forward wheels provide the power to turn the dispensing roller.
The 24D is a 130 lb. drop spreader featuring a 3 cubic foot capacity, 8-inch-diameter dispersal drum, 24-inch-wide spreading pattern, and an adjustable front gate.
Pull Behind Drop Spreader
Tru-Flo 54D
The Tru-Flo 54D is Earth & Turf’s largest pull behind synthetic drop spreader. The 54D is a 350 lb. pull behind drop spreader and can hold approximately 15 cu. ft. of topdressing material such as sand. The wheels provide the power to the roller which dispenses topdressing material at a width of 54 inches.
The 54D commercial drop spreader is designed for schools, installers and maintenance crews servicing artificial turf fields and areas where infill is needed and , small golf course, market gardener, and farmer.
